Poppies bouquet, pop-up greeting card. #53

$14.99

Did you know that wearing a poppy is a powerful symbol of hope and remembrance? Our exquisite artificial remembrance poppy serves not only as a beautiful accessory, but also as a heartfelt tribute to the brave military personnel who have sacrificed their lives in service to our country and beyond.

No, Enough of the sad news. We are here to create enjoyment and hope. The bright colors of poppies certainly deliver that in abundance.

John McCrae

1872 –1918

In Flanders fields, the poppies blow

Between the crosses, row on row,

That mark our place; and in the sky

The larks, still bravely singing, fly

Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the Dead. Short days ago.

We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,

Loved and were loved, and now we lie

In Flanders fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:

To you, from failing hands we throw

The torch; be yours to hold it high.

If ye break faith with us who die

We shall not sleep, though poppies grow

In Flanders fields.

Description

Poppies bouquet, pop-up greeting card

Is a 6″x9″ envelope big enough to express your thoughts?

The language of flowers is universal, and it makes them the most popular gift on any occasion. Sympathy, Love, or Appreciation are easily expressed by the beauty of a flower.
They are natural choices when we try to preserve memories or express appreciation.
But flowers fade away so quickly.
That’s why we came up with pop-up Paper flowers.
They never fade.

Paper is a medium of choice in communication, and it leads to the creation of a three-dimensional greeting cards.
You will find many versions of pop-ups, the fruit of the labor of many, all based on one simple construction where parts are joined together with vertical connections ready to be viewed only from the side.
Most are made in China or Vietnam and are based on the same simple Chinese pop-up construction.
To avoid it, our designer Jacek-Maria created unique paper sculptures opening up under its own, paper weight.
The parts are intricately joined without glue, creating a paper sculpture that opens up under its weight. Each intricate paper mechanism is created in Chicago and manually assembled from 10 to 30 pieces.
