Shipping / Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your received purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please notify us first by e-mail. (See below)

Please do not send your purchase back without an approval.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

  • Merchandise with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition damaged or with missing parts.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. You have 7 days from the day you received the merchandise to notify us by e-mail about the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Item Availability(Processing Time) International Shipping

Depending on a number of factors, International orders may take up to 1 – 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

  • Place an order before 11:59 a.m.(Chicago time) – Processing time: 1~3 days
  • Place order after 11:59 a.m.(Chicago time) – Processing time: 1~4 days

PO Boxes(Not Available)

It is not available to ship to PO Boxes by Express Shipping and Standard Shipping.

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

If you provide a wrong or incomplete address which results in the package being returned to us, a new shipping fee may be charged for the package to be re-sent. If you ask that the order be refunded rather than re-sent, the refund will not include the cost of shipping.

International Shipping & Costs

We offer “Free shipping” every day on orders over $99 USD to US and EU locations. This free shipping offer excludes Latin America, Africa, and Russia orders. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time frame will be available to you during checkout. We will ship your order via any of the major shipping carriers, including FedEx express and the country’s Postal Service. No promo code is required for free shipping.

Every country has its own import laws, you might be required to pay local duties and customs taxes. These fees are NOT included in your shipping cost. For more information contact your local customs office. The costs generated by duties and customs taxes will be covered by you.

Lost Package

If you did not require your signature during your package delivery, We will not be liable for all lost packages delivered with no presence of recipients or were left at the front door by the courier.

Customs Fees and Duties

Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If customs duty may be charged, a brokerage fee(service fee) will be charged by the courier. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We prepared the package in the best condition for smooth customs.

Please note that import duties and any other import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer’s responsibility.
